What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. However, we are unable to allow for returns on our food items.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are manufactured in Chicago. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all orders! Smaller orders will be shipped using USPS, while larger orders will ship using UPS or FedEx. Express shipping is available for an additional cost. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How much cinnamon comes in each packet?

Each packet contains 0.5g of our premium cinnamon, which equates to about 1/2 teaspoon.
